Job Title: Warehouse Personnel / Forklift Operator
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts to move products from the receiving station to designated warehouse areas.
- Assist in unloading harvest trucks at the receiving station.
- Perform general labor tasks such as sorting, stacking, and organizing products.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed during operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience operating a forklift is required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving heavy objects.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including potential overtime.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
Schedule:
- Standard hours are 7 AM - 7 PM, Monday to Saturday, with occasional Sundays as needed.
- Flexibility is required as business needs may lead to shorter or longer hours.
