Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized instruction to students with various disabilities
- Develop and manage online IEPs and behavior intervention plans
- Facilitate virtual meetings with students, families, and school personnel
- Adapt digital curriculum materials for individual student needs
- Track and report student progress using online platforms

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education (Master's preferred)
- Valid West Virginia teaching license with appropriate special education endorsements
- Experience with virtual or blended learning environments
- Proficiency in educational technology and learning management systems
