Hiring Speech Language Pathologist Job in Indiana for 2024-2025 School Year!

As an SLP, youll provide remote therapy to diverse students, ensuring they receive quality support regardless of location.

Job Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Hours: Full-Time and Part-Time (10- 40hours)
Caseload: K-12 (mild to moderate)
Location: Indiana

Essential Functions:

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create IEPs tailored to the needs of students with communication disorders.
• Administer standardized tests, observations, and informal assessments to identify students with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
• Regularly assess and document students' progress toward their communication goals, adjusting interventions as needed.
• Offer professional guidance to less experienced colleagues.
• Employ technology effectively in assessments, treatments, and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active INSpeech Language Pathologist License (CCCs)
• Current Indiana Teaching Certificate
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders in a school setting
• Experience providing virtual therapy services
• Reliable computer and high-speed internet (no Chromebooks/tablets permitted)
• Experience with Augmented & Alternative communication (AAC) devices is a plus!

Compensation and Benefits:
