Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time role in North Branch, MN. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy plans for students with various needs, including fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living skills.
• Conduct assessments to identify students needs and create effective, individualized intervention strategies.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, monitor their progress, and adjust plans as necessary to ensure their success.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities and support students overall educational and developmental growth.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions, student progress, and communications with stakeholders.
• Participate in school meetings and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in occupational therapy.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
• Valid OT license or certification in Minnesota.
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work with students, families, and school staff.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing documentation and tracking student progress.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
