Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with an industry-leading manufacturing client to find a Continuous Improvement Manager for their facility located in the Sparta, WI area.

The Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for implementing and overseeing Continuous Improvement and Lean methodologies within the manufacturing plant to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Implement Lean principles such as Value Stream Mapping, 5S, and Kaizen to streamline processes.

• Identify and eliminate non-value-added activities to minimize waste.

• Lead and train teams on Lean practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate Lean initiatives' effectiveness.

• Manage Lean projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.

• Solve operational issues using Lean tools and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree is required

• 5+ years of experience leading Lean manufacturing and process improvement projects.

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing environments, preferably with exposure to welding, painting, assembly, injection molding, or extrusion processes.

• Six Sigma, Lean certification preferred.
