Job Description
- Responsible for providing quality leadership for a 3 shift manufacturing operation
- Will have to manage 7 direct (1 QE, 2 CMM, and 4-5 metallurgical techs)
- Will manage the metallurgical lab, the IATF and ISO quality management system as well as support all quality documentation (SPC, PPAP, APQP, FMEA)
- Will deal with customer complaints, nonconformance issues and responsible for mentoring
