Our client is seeking a Healthcare Sales Support Specialist to join their team in a dynamic, inside sales and customer service role. This position requires on-site presence in our beautiful offices, where you will play a crucial role in supporting clients and customers.

Sales Support Representative Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in a health or related medical field required
• 2 to 4 years of proven success in customer support and/or sales within clinical healthcare, medical practice, or related environments
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Must be comfortable making outbound calls
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proactive problem-solving abilities; planning and prioritization skills
• Accuracy in proofreading communications and materials
• Preferred experience in a laboratory environment
