Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Travel Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team in Dahlonega, Georgia. Responsibilities:

• Conduct prehensive evaluations of patients physical conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to enhance mobility, alleviate pain, and prevent or reduce physical disabilities.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and home care strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (for PTs) or an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program (for PTAs).
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Georgia.
• Strong interpersonal and munication skills.
• Ability to adapt to different work environments and patient needs.
