Key Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons by passing instruments and supplies during procedures
• Prepare the operating room and ensure all equipment is sterile
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols
• Monitor and count surgical instruments and supplies to ensure accuracy
• Provide critical support to the surgical team throughout procedures

Qualifications:

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required
• At least 2 years of experience in an operating room setting
• Proficient knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• BLS certification required
