Requirements:

Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or Business

Years of Exp: Entry level, new grads welcome!

Industry Exp: Prior Food Regulatory and/or QA experience would be nice , Previous experience with Product Vision and/or Salesforce would be nice as wel

Skills: Detail Oriented , Computer Savvy (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.) , Hard worker, Ability to take and follow direction

Position Summary: Location: Geneva, IL 60134 Pay: 21-22/hr depending on experience Hours: M-F 8am-4:30pm with 2-3 days work from home Duration: 5 month contract with possibility to extend

Position Description:

* Provides technical document support and request responses using pre-positioned documentation.

* Writes new first level technical documentation (such as specifications, product certifications).

* Requests Certificates of Free Sale and Certificates of Insurance from the corresponding agencies.

* Performs ProductVision tasks including generating new US documents, approving formulas and adding new property values when needed.

* Completes first level customer questionnaires.

* Completes all assigned duties and responsibilities in a timely, accurate and appropriate manner.

* Completes duties and responsibilities of Regulatory Affairs Associate as needed or assigned.

* Completes other tasks as assigned by Regulatory leadership as time allows.

* Participate in formal and informal sensory panels in support of customer projects.

* Demonstrate willing, able, growing, future potential, and financially contributing commitment.

* Continually grow and develop through continuing education courses and learning opportunities offered through company and outside professional organizations.
