Location: Near Arlington Heights, IL
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team near Arlington Heights, IL. This full-time position involves working with high school students from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for supporting students with behavioral challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide direct and indirect support to students and staff
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to support student success
- Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress
Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with high school students
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
