We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Application Development Project Manager/Lead, based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This role involves the management and leadership of projects related to application development within our industry. The chosen candidate will work with a team to ensure the successful development and implementation of applications, primarily focusing on data capture applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of new, custom QuickBase applications to meet various business needs, with an emphasis on data capture applications.
• Collaborate closely with the Data Capture team to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of data needs and uses, considering both the specific application and the broader context within which data is needed and used.
• Enhance existing QuickBase applications to expand or refine functionality as required.
• Regularly create and present workflow diagrams and proof of concepts to ensure alignment with application requirements.
• Undertake systematic problem identification, analysis, and resolution.
• Maintain regular communication with end clients to understand and meet their data needs.
• Ensure the data captured is governed appropriately and is prepared for consumption by a reporting database layer or Data Warehouse environment.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation as requested.
• Adhere to best practices in coding, change management, and auditing, taking full advantage of Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Utilize Microsoft, SQL, SSIS, and QuickBase skills, and stay updated with advancements in Cloud Technologies and Content Management Systems (CMS).• Proven experience as an Application Development Project Manager/Lead
