LHH is partnering with a long-time client to find an experienced Information System Security Officer with Secret Clearance to join their team in Camarillo, CA! This role will be a blend of ISSO responsibilities as well as DevSecOps!

Responsibilities:

ISSO

• Plan, implement, upgrade, and monitor security measures to protect computer networks and information.

• Assess system vulnerabilities and propose risk mitigation strategies.

• Ensure appropriate security controls are in place to safeguard digital files and electronic infrastructure.

• Respond to computer security breaches and viruses.

• Collaborate with ISSO and Cybersecurity Lead to address security incidents.

DevSecOps

• Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines to minimize software vulnerabilities.

• Ensure the DevOps team follows security best practices.

• Automate security checks at each stage of software delivery.

• Support the CI/CD, continuous feedback, and continuous operations cycle.

Qualifications:

• 3-10 years of experience in computer security, including secure network and system design, analysis, and implementation.

• Security+ and CISSP Certification or NSA equivalent.

• IAM Level 2 as per DoD Directive 8570.01; experience with Risk Management Framework processes.

• Strong DevSecOps and Linux background is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as a self-starter.

Clearance:
