Position: Online Special Needs Educator
Location: Fully Remote

Key Responsibilities:
Provide individualized online instruction to students with various disabilities
Create and manage digital resources for special education curriculum
Implement behavior intervention plans in a virtual learning environment
Conduct online assessments and document student progress
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement
Facilitate virtual meetings with parents and guardians
Stay updated on special education laws and best practices for online learning

Qualifications:
Master's degree in Special Education or related field
Current special education teaching license
3+ years of experience working with students with diverse needs
Proficiency in using educational technology and learning management systems
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Commitment to inclusive education and student advocacy
