TEKsystems' client is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Email & Collaboration Services, to lead and manage the migration from on-premises email to the O365 suite of end-user products across its global environment. The successful candidate also will lead and manage the SharePoint environment and efforts to migrate to SharePoint online, where appropriate.
Essential Responsibilities
- Establish and manage a support team and related processes for support services, utilizing employees and partnerships with new and existing partners.
- Establish a methodology and measurements to evaluate end-user satisfaction for relevant services.
- Manage licensing and cost of O365 services.
- Maintain the currency of software versions and manage any required refresh activities.
- Establish, support and help drive the adoption of ITIL practices using ServiceNow to support end users.
- Identify and act on opportunities to offer new and innovative collaboration tools to global users.
Education/Certifications
A bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field is required
Basic Qualifications
- Strong technical infrastructure background with at least ten years of relevant, proven and broad experience
- Experience managing a large global email environment – with office-based and field-based personnel – on personal computers, tablets, and mobile devices
- Experience leading the migration from on-prem Exchange to O365 and establishing support services for O365
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft O365 and related products and licensing within the suite, including OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint (on-prem and online)
- Experience in an ITIL environment
- Experience working in a global environment, leveraging outsourced services from multiple partners
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, assignments and projects simultaneously
- Experience using ServiceNow preferred
