Part-time School-based Occupational Therapist For Next School Year
We are interviewing for a part-time school-based Occupational Therapist. The school is located in the Ashaway, RIarea where you would provide services to students identified with special needs. We are actively interviewing, so apply today.

Job Details:

• Part-time: 20hours a week (4.5 hours a day)
• Starts September 2024 - June 2025
• Competitive weekly pay

Responsibilities:

• Caseload could consistof students ranging from K-12th grade at up to 3 nearby schools
• Assessing and treating students with physical, cognitive, and sensory disabilities that may impact their ability to participate in school activities
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans and goals for each student
• Conducting evaluations, providing therapy sessions, and documenting progress and outcomes
• Providing education and training to teachers and staff on how to support students with disabilities in the classroom

Requirements:

• RIOT license is required to qualify
