Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans to address students' unique needs and goals.
• Providing direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs in educational environments.
• Monitoring students' progress and adjusting therapy interventions as necessary.
• Participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Michigan state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting.
