Position: Virtual Exceptional Children's Teacher
Location: Fully Remote
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Provide specialized online instruction to students with exceptional needs
Develop and implement virtual IEPs and behavior support plans
Adapt curriculum and create accessible digital learning materials
Conduct online assessments and monitor student progress
Collaborate with families and school staff to support student success
Facilitate virtual IEP meetings and parent conferences
Stay current with special education laws and online teaching best practices
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Special Education
Valid teaching license with exceptional children's endorsement
3+ years of experience in special education
Proficiency in using digital learning tools and assistive technology
Excellent written and verbal munication skills
Ability to create engaging online learning experiences
Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude
