Blazer Jobs is actively seeking experienced Occupational Therapists for a full-time contract position within the Little Rock, Arkansas area. Applicants must meet all local and state requirements to be considered for this role.

Requirements:

• Valid Arkansas state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Experience with special education students and families highly preferred
• Knowledge of local and state regulations governing occupational therapy services in school settings

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' occupational therapy goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapy goals into students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings
• Monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies as necessary
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and communication with stakeholders
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on students' goals and accommodations
