Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and munication problems in students.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEP) tailored to each students needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to facilitate integrated support.
- Monitor and document student progress against set goals.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to remain current with best practices.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or munication Disorders.
- Valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist in North Carolina.
- Certificate of Clinical petence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and munication skills.
