We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our school team in Lakewood, MA. The BCBA will play a vital role in providing behavioral support to students, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and working closely with educators and parents to ensure a positive and productive learning environment.

• Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBA) to identify student needs.
• Design and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to support students' success.
• Provide direct behavior support to students across various school settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to implement evidence-based behavior management strategies.

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
