Overview: Soliant is seeking motivated Paraprofessionals for multiple contracted positions available for the 2023-2024 school year nearthe Lynnport, PA area.

Job Openings:

1. Emotional Support Interventionist:

   • Provide direct and intense support focusing on helping students learn to respond to the daily environment.
   • Emphasis on addressing a child's current needs, functions, and support systems related to social-emotional learning.

2. Instructional Associate:

   • Provide behavioral interventions and support instructional models in the classroom.
   • Preferred: Associate or bachelors Degree. One year experience in Human Services or Education. Obtainment of 06 Substitute Teacher Permit after hire is preferred.

3. Instructional Assistant:

   • Assist the classroom teacher in instructing and supervising students.
   • Preferred: High School Diploma or GED. Associate degree or Highly Qualified Status is preferred.

Required Qualifications per Position:

• Emotional Support Interventionist (#1):

  • BA degree in Juvenile Justice, Social Behavior, or related field preferred.
  • Consideration for associate degree with minimum 1 year, preferably 3 years, of experience in noted fields.

• Instructional Associate (#2):

  • Associate or bachelors Degree required.
  • One year experience in Human Services or Education preferred.
  • Obtainment of 06 Substitute Teacher Permit after hire is preferred.

• Instructional Assistant (#3):

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate degree or Highly Qualified Status preferred.
