Blazerjobs is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year near Reserve, LA. This is a full-time position with hours from Monday to Friday. The SLP will work onsite at the school and provide services to approximately 35 students from PreK to 8th grade.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate speech and language abilities of students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication disorders.
• Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student learning and progress.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and student outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Louisiana.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
