Job Details

• Supporting documentation for M&A and Funds transactions, including NDAs;
• Vendor agreements and purchase agreement documentation;
• Regulatory documentation and filing support as needed;
• LPAs (Limited Partnership Agreements) PPM (Private Placement Memorandum) support;
• Separation agreements;
• Support with the administrative component of legal invoicing/billing (EAS Expense Allocation System for legal expense management).
