We are in search of a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team located in Tustin, California. This role involves supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, preparing monthly management reports, leading strategic plans, and driving future growth and profitability. The successful candidate will be instrumental in advancing the company's strategic priorities within the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with regional operations senior leadership to enhance the financial planning and reporting of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting functions.
• Lead the annual Financial Planning/Budgeting process across assigned regions, including the creation of detailed branch level budgets.
• Monitor performance indicators, analyze trends, and investigate unexpected variances. Provide recommendations for achieving targets.
• Transform complex data into actionable insights and recommendations. Present clear and concise results, ensuring the integrity of data used for analysis.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Foster strong relationships with team members and upper management, taking on ad hoc tasks as needed to advance the company's strategic priorities.
• Use a variety of software systems, including CRM, Crystal Reports, and ADP - Financial Services, to support financial forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
• Apply data mining techniques and expert Excel modeling skills to provide accurate and detailed financial analysis.
• Utilize strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Apply knowledge of accounting functions, accrual accounting, auditing, budget processes, and capital management to support the financial health of the company.• Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial analyst role or similar position.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is highly desirable.
• Must have skills in CRM, Crystal Reports, and Data Mining Techniques.
• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions and Accrual Accounting is necessary.
• Prior experience in Auditing, Budget Processes, and Capital Management is essential.
• Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and legislation.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and high-quality work.
