Fast growing BANKING and financial services company located in Morris County, NJ is seeking a Sr. Auditor to support the Internal Audit Services Quality Assurance function.  The successful candidate will have 2+ years of progressive internal audit and compliance experience working in the BANKING or FINANCIAL SERVICES INDUSTRY. Candidate will perform quality assurance reviews of all aspects of the internal audit process of the bank.  Will comply with banking regulations and should be familiar with regulations pertaining to BSA, USA Patriot Act, and OFAC.  Prefer candidates with the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation or desire to get the CIA or CPA designation within the next few years.  Will prepare reports to management and the Audit committee as well.  The role is HYBRID with 3x a week required in the office.  Will also consider straight public accounting candidates looking to transition out of public accounting into an Internal Audit role.   Need a hands-on approach and career driven individuals in this role as it will offer good upside potential.      The company offers a competitive compensation package in the $80-100K range depending on experience, plus bonus and including top benefits.
