LHH (Atlanta) is working with a fast-growing, $150M+ Construction Company on a search for an Assistant Controller. This position will play a key role in the company's accounting and finance leadership group, and will have the opportunity to move up within the organization as the company continues to grow.

DESCRIPTION

• Help lead the company's month-end close process
• Assist in the preparation of the monthly Company financial reporting package in accordance with GAAP.
• Support routine annual financial audits, insurance audits, and other external audits as needed.
• Prepare and maintain cash flow projections on a weekly basis
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis and reports for projects. (i.e., WIP calculation, gain/fade analysis, cash flow analysis)

REQUIREMENTS

• Accounting Degree
• 3+ Years of Accounting or Auditing Experience in the Construction Industry (must currently be a Senior or Manager level)
• Proficient User of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS

• $100,000 - $135,000 (plus bonus)
