An exciting finance startup is looking for an Executive Assistant is to support the Founder/CEO. You will be responsible for booking international and domestic travel, putting together travel itineraries, scheduling meetings, and managing a very busy Outlook calendar. You will also act as a gatekeeper and complete special projects for the CEO's other businesses. Our client is looking for an Executive Assistant with a strong business acumen as you will sit in on high profile meetings, take meeting minutes, and act as a decision maker.
Robert Half is looking for an organized candidate with strong Microsoft Office Suite skills. Experience working for a finance firm is a huge plus! This is an onsite position in West Hollywood, with some flexibility to work from home. This is a contract to hire position, and the salary range is 80k-100k.
• Proven experience as an executive assistant
• Strong skills in calendar management
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in managing conference calls
• Ability to manage correspondence professionally
• Experience in account reconciliation
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
