Job opportunity available with a leading healthcare company in Spokane, WA! They are seeking an experienced Call Center Rep/Appointment Scheduler to join their team. If you desire weekly pay, the opportunity to gain admirable experience with a reputable company, then this is the job for you!
Must be local to Washington State (Able to go onsite for equipment/meetings at the following location:
- Sunset Hwy Spokane, WA 99224
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm PST (May be weekend or evenings shifts open as well)
Daily Job Details:
- Answering inbound calls
- Scheduling patient appointments
- Benefit review/scheduling purposes
- Communicating with providers/scheduling purposes
Qualifications:
- 1+yrs of call center and healthcare experience
- Familiar with EPIC (HUGE PLUS)
- Scheduling experience
- Excellent computer skills
- Pass Data Entry/Typing Assessment
