Summary:
Seeking an Electrical or Computer Science Engineer with experience in C/C++ and C# development, specifically for software interaction with LabVIEW, to support the full development and testing of implantable and non-implantable devices.
Job Requirements:
- BS in Electrical or Computer Science Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in C/C++ and C# software development.
- Experience developing software that interacts with LabVIEW.
- Medical device experience preferred but not required.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of embedded systems, operating systems, and compilation processes.
- Understanding of object-oriented and functional programming.
- Familiarity with statistics and statistical tools.
- Experience working in an Agile Scrum team environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop software in C++ that interacts with LabVIEW.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system behavior requirements.
- Triage defects, develop software unit tests, and review software verification protocols.
- Analyze software for failure modes and implement risk mitigation solutions.
- Contribute to software documentation and architecture updates.
- Participate in design reviews and ensure compliance with quality management system procedures.
- Engage in Agile Scrum processes, including sprint planning and task completion.
- Perform other project tasks as assigned.
Pay Details: $38.00 to $51.00 per hour
