Centurion is proud to be the provider of behavioral health services to the Allegheny County Mobile Competency Restoration Program.
The Allegheny County Mobile Competency Restoration Program provides treatment to individuals for competency restoration both in the community and in the jail setting.
We are currently seeking a full-time Program Manager to join our team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
The Program Manager manages the overall clinical and non-clinical functions and activities of a multidisciplinary team providing services to patients in a jail and/or a community setting to meet service delivery requirements of the Allegheny County Mobile Competency Restoration Program (MCRT). The Program Manager also provides administrative guidance and supervision of clinical and administrative staff to ensure mental health and community integration needs of patients are met. The Program Manager will manage stakeholder communication, monitor program outcomes and success, and maintain policy and procedure adherence for the MRCT Program.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm with on call responsibilities

Qualifications:
- Masters or Doctoral Degree (psychology, social work, marriage and family therapist) with active PA state license in good standing
- Two years of supervisory experience
- Minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness, substance use disorders, and a history of criminal-legal involvement
- Jail and community mental health experience preferred
- Experience and understanding of working with individuals who have been deemed incompetent to stand trial
- Familiarity with Medicare billing
- Strong background in policy and procedure development, review, revision, and implementation
- Ability to interact well with varied levels of managerial, clinical, custody, court, and administrative staff in correctional and community environments
- Must be able to work independently, without direct onsite supervision, and set and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated experience managing projects independently, from inception to completion
- Exceptional attention to detail required
- Active in-person CPR certification required along with current tuberculous screening
- A valid automobile driver’s license, appropriate automobile insurance, and a safe, reliable, registered automobile available for use during work is require
- Must be able to pass background investigation and obtain agency security clearance
