We have been engaged by a multinational CPG and Food industry company seeking a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner in the Los Angeles area. This company is poised to grow and are looking for professionals who are excited at the prospect of helping build a leader in the space. In this position, you will strategically partner with and support the supply chain organization for this company. The ideal Sr. HRBP will bring the following experience -
Bachelors degree required, Masters degree would be a plus
Mandarin language and/or Spanish language skills are a strong preference
Experience working in a manufacturing company supporting a supply chain department
Strategic HR focus
