By becoming a part of the WVU Heart & Vascular Institute, you'll collaborate with a renowned cohort of medical professionals including surgeons, non-invasive cardiologists, medical cardiologists, radiologists, vascular specialists, and more. Together, we are driving remarkable advancements in patient care, impacting lives not just locally but statewide - and we’re looking for the perfect physician to join our unit.
Position Details
- WVU seeks a cardiologist specializing in Advanced Heart Failure
- Ranks Available: Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor
- Advanced Heart Failure program provides the most comprehensive inpatient and outpatient multidisciplinary care in the state
- Multiple satellite clinics and telemedicine locations throughout West Virginia and the surrounding states
- Join a team composed of fellowship-trained cardiologists, surgeons, physical therapists, nutritionists, pharmacists, and nurse coordinators
- In addition to providing excellent patient care, the successful candidate will be actively involved in the teaching of medical students, internal medicine residents, and cardiology fellows

Qualifications
- Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD or DO); Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant
- Licensure: Eligible to obtain an unrestricted West Virginia medical license at time of employment
