Job Description:
- A school based RBT is responsible for:
- Implement behavior intervention plans
- Collect and analyze data
- Provide behavioral support
- Assist with classroom management
- Collaborate with staff
- Communicate with parents
- Support skill development
- Manage crises
- Engage in professional development
- Document progress
- Adhere to ethical standards

Requirements:
- RBT Certification: Must be a Registered Behavior Technician, with certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Interview Process:
- (10-15) minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
- (20-30) minute virtual interview directly with the school
- Offer is typically within 24 hours of the virtual interview
