Job Description:

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Blaine area. This full-time position will begin in August 2024 and offers the opportunity to work with a diverse student population, providing essential support to the Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) and contributing to students' munication development. Responsibilities:

• Assist the Speech-Language Pathologist in providing direct speech and language therapy services to students
• Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) under the supervision of the SLP
• Monitor and document student progress
• Prepare therapy materials and activities
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff
• Participate in IEP meetings and other relevant school meetings as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely records of therapy sessions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or related field
• Experience working with school-aged children is a plus
• Strong munication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
