• Administering and monitoring IV vitamin drips is a primary duty.
• Conducting blood draws for laboratory testing is essential.
• Strong emphasis on providing exceptional customer service and building rapport with patients while working autonomously and multitasking efficiently.
• Documenting patient information using EMR/EHR systems is required.
• Managing supplies necessary for blood draws and IV insertions, and communicating inventory needs to the manager.
• Overseeing the vitamin supply for IV therapy and reporting any shortages to the manager.

• Hold a valid RN License in the state of Minnesota.
• Possess prior experience in providing excellent customer service in a healthcare setting.
• Demonstrate proficiency in catheterization, IV insertion, and overall patient care practices.
• Have knowledge and experience working with EMR and EHR systems.
• Capable of conducting detailed patient assessments effectively.
• Skilled in basic life support techniques and understanding of physiology.
• Proficient in critical care, cardiac catheterization, and medical office procedures.
• Experienced in specimen collection and handling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for patient care.
