This Part-Time Speech Therapyposition for the 2024 ESY program provides a valuable opportunity to supportstudents, ensuring they receive the speech and language services they need.

Key Details:

- Position Type: Part-time, Contract
- Hours: 8am-12pm
- Start Date: Immediate, and possibility of renewal for the 2024/2025 school year
- Certifications: Open to candidates with CCC-SLP,
- Caseload:Specific details to be discussed during the interview

Responsibilities:

- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to students in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Rhode Island SLPlicense
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred for SLPs
- Experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
