What We Offer:

• petitive pensation:Earn between $41 and $50 per hour.
• Full School Year:This position spans the entire academic year.
• Consistent Schedule:Youll work 40 hours per week.
• Student Caseload:Support approximately 15 students as their BCBA.

Your Role:As a BCBA, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting behavioral assessments and developing individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to implement effective strategies.
• Providing training and support to school staff regarding behavior management techniques.
• Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as needed.
