Position Highlights:

- Rate: $33-38/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services in a school environment under the guidance of a licensed therapist.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to design and implement personalized therapy plans.
- Assess students needs and progress, focusing on areas such as motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.
- Conduct therapeutic activities aimed at enhancing motor skills, coordination, and independence.
- Keep thorough records and comply with professional standards and regulations.
- Provide training to school staff on effective techniques and necessary accommodations.
- Engage in team meetings and stay updated on best practices in occupational therapy.
Qualifications:
- Experience in school or pediatric settings preferred.
- Must hold a valid COTA license and teaching certifications for Washington.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with educators, parents, and other team members.
