Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 8-12 weeks with potential for contract to hire
Hours of Operation: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

About the Role:

• Work in a retail pharmacy within a munity health center setting.
• Oversee the dispensing of prescriptions alongside a skilled team of long-term technicians.
• Experience with opening/closing retail pharmacies and supervising technicians is required.
• 340B program experience is a significant advantage.
• Must be willing to step into the Interim PIC role, with the option to start as a Staff Pharmacist to assess the environment.

Requirements:

• Active Arkansas pharmacist license in good standing.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a pharmacy with ease.
• Familiarity with the Rx30 software system.
