Job Details

Registered Nurse - Hospice

The Hospice RN is responsible for working closely with the clinical team and patient/family members to ensure high quality end of life care. Promote the safety and well being of the patient.

• 1 years RN experience required
• Hospice experience preferred
• ADN Degree required, Bachelor's preferred
• Active Driver's License in good standing
• Active CO RN License
• BLS Certified
