 Will take entry level candidate with externship if they have over 300 live draws

• At least 1 solid year of recent phlebotomy experience is required for this role.
• Must be in possession of an AZ Level 1 Fingerprint Check card for healthcare/medical. This is an extensive BG check so all candidates must be able to clear this in order to obtain the card and start in the position.  
• Pediatric and geriatric phlebotomy is strongly preferred.
• Must have thick skin and be able to follow onsite rules and procedures. 
• Must be able to provide proof of Phlebotomy Certification or certificate
• Must have COVID vaccine

Parking: Parking is located in front of the building - or in the over flow parking across the street.

Orientation: New hire orientation is required for all new hires at this facility and will always be set to start on a Monday.  

Interview: Will may be conducted in-person at an offsite location or virtually using Google Meet (for Android) and/or FaceTime (iPhone) - depending on the HM's availability

DESCRIPTION: As a Phlebotomist/Specimen Collector, you will be a critical part of the quantitative drug testing analysis performed by our client. You will be responsible for efficiently and safely obtaining urine samples from patients for the purpose of laboratory testing.

In this role you will be required to conduct observed and/or supervised specimen collections. Observed Collections are those requiring observation of patient providing sample either by direct vision, through a mirror, or through a camera. Supervised collects are those requiring supervision of patient providing sample by being in the same vicinity as the patient.
