A hospital located in Kerrville, TX is currently seeking a qualified MRI Technologist to join their team full-time!Check out the details below:
Title: MRI Technologist
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Hospital – Radiology
Location: Kerrville, TX
Schedule: Full-time, day shift 7a-7p. Weekend call required
Pay: Negotiable pay based on experience plus a competitive benefits package
Sign On Bonus: 10,000 paid over 2 years
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The MRI Technologist duties to include but not limited to:
-Determining exposure factors to achieve optimum images with a minimum exposure to patients
-Examining images for the purpose of evaluation of techniques, positions, and other related qualities
-Positioning patient and adjust equipment to produce desired or optimum image of desired anatomy
-Deviating from normal techniques when necessary to develop new and better techniques to keep the department up to date
REQUIREMENTS:
-ARRT registered in MRI with Texas Medical Board license
-Minimum one year experience as an MRI Tech
-BLS/CPR certifications required
-Bachelor’s preferred, associates required
