Introduction: Soliant is currently seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to fill a full-time position within a school district near Fairfield, NJ. Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students in a middle school setting
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' academic and social-emotional success
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and communicate regularly with stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• New Jersey Department of Education (NJ DOE) Speech Specialist Certification
• Prior experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a middle school setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Proficiency in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
• Commitment to providing high-quality services to students with diverse needs
