Job Opportunity: Pharmacy Technician St. Rose, LA
Position: Pharmacy Technician (Mid Shift)
Location: St. Rose, LA
Duration: 16-20 weeks, with potential for direct hire
Shift: Monday to Friday, 10:00am - 6:30pm, and every third Saturday
About the Role:
We are currently accepting candidates for a Pharmacy Technician position in St. Rose, LA. This role is within a Long-Term Care (LTC) mail order environment. You will work mid-shift hours and have the opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on performance and fit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation and dispensing of medications in an LTC mail order setting.
- Ensure accurate medication distribution and documentation.
- Provide support to pharmacists and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a pharmacy technician.
- Experience in LTC or retail pharmacy preferred.
- Valid Louisiana pharmacy technician license.
