Key Responsibilities:

• Assist pharmacists in the preparation and dispensing of medications to patients.
• Accurately enter prescription information into the pharmacy system.
• Communicate effectively with patients regarding their prescriptions, including providing information on dosage, side effects, and drug interactions.
• Process prescription refills and ensure timely delivery to patients.
• Manage inventory, order medications, and maintain proper stock levels.
• Handle insurance claims and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Ensure all workstations are clean, organized, and compliant with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid MichiganPharmacy Technician License.
• 1+ Years RetailPharmacy Technician Experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
