Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will be responsible for developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and providing supervision to behavior technicians. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
Job requirements:
Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to support the implementation of treatment plans.
Conduct parent and staff training sessions to ensure consistency in behavior intervention strategies.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education programs (IEPs).
Stay current with advancements in the field of ABA and incorporate best practices into treatment plans.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Previous experience working with children with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
