Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will play a key role in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and supervising behavior technicians. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and a proven track record of working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.

Job Requirements:

• Work collaboratively with families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to support the execution of treatment plans.
• Lead parent and staff training sessions to maintain consistency in behavior intervention strategies.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the creation of individualized education programs (IEPs).
• Stay updated with advancements in the field of ABA and integrate best practices into treatment plans.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Proven experience working with children with ASD and other developmental disabilities.
