Seeking a skilled Electronic Board Level Repair Technician to join the team for 1st shift! Diagnose, repair, and test electronic circuit boards and components to ensure peak performance. Work hands-on with PCBs, troubleshoot issues at the component level, and perform preventative maintenance to keep systems running reliably.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic circuit boards at the component level
Repair PCBs by soldering, replacing, and reworking resistors, capacitors, diodes, and ICs
Use oscilloscopes, multimeters, and diagnostic tools to isolate and fix problems
Read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams
Perform functional testing and calibration to meet specifications
Document repair processes, part replacements, and test results
Collaborate with engineering and QA teams to improve board reliability
Follow safety standards and ESD protocols
Stay current with new tools, technologies, and repair practices
Maintain a clean, organized work environment
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or electronics certification preferred)
2+ years of experience in electronic repair at the board/component level
Strong knowledge of electronic components, circuits, and troubleshooting techniques
Skilled in soldering, rework stations, and diagnostic equipment
Familiarity with SMT and through-hole components
Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
