Job Title: Product Manager
Location: New York or Dallas (Onsite from day one)

Description:

An established organization is seeking an experienced Product Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will work effectively in a dynamic environment, incorporating data, user research, and market analysis to inform product strategy and development. The Product Manager will be responsible for collaborating with various teams across the organization and driving the delivery of key objectives.

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Use data, user research, and market analysis to guide product strategy and create product roadmaps.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization to contribute to the strategic direction of the product.
• Balance creative vision with technical feasibility, pushing the software to its limits.
• Drive product development through scrums and escalate risks early.
• Track and deliver on key OKRs in partnership with Technology and Business stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and product features based on user feedback.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Lead product ideation, and the creation of inputs for wireframing and refinement.
• Oversee UAT testing and manage the product rollout.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5-12 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role.
• Ability to communicate complex problems and roadmaps to stakeholders.
• Proven success working with design, engineering peers, and other stakeholders.
• Experience performing product demos and eliciting user feedback.
• Comfortable with Agile processes, including writing high-quality acceptance criteria and requirements.
• Ability to drive high performance in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to set, meet, and exceed targets.

• Experience managing the full lifecycle of a product, from conception to launch.
• Technical background.
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience building financial products.
• Experience in the loans/lending space.
